Summer Mindfulness
Teen Mindfulness Mediation with Sharon
During this workshop, you will learn techniques to help you navigate through the ups and downs of daily life. Mindfulness opens the door to clearer thoughts, positive feelings, and trusting yourself more deeply. You already have everything you need. Mindfulness will help you see it. (Ages 11-18)
Sharon O’Brien, Reiki Master, will share methods to open your heart and mind which attract positive changes and clarity into your daily life. After you complete your course you are able to receive Reiki 1 Certificate

Miss Emily is a 200 Hour certified yoga teacher with a practice concentration in vinyasa. All levels are welcome!
